Effective date: February 27, 2026
These Terms govern the use of Sukma across account features, course workflows, and session experiences. They are written to set clear expectations for platform use, user responsibilities, and the policy boundaries between personal accounts and institution-managed environments.
Sukma provides AI-native learning workflows that can include account management, course context, guided sessions, summaries, and related collaboration features. Specific capabilities may vary by plan or signed contract.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You may not use Sukma to break the law, harm others, attempt unauthorized access, abuse platform workflows, or distribute harmful content. Sukma may restrict access when policy violations occur.
Sukma processes session data, session artifacts, user data, and course data to operate the service. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
• Independent personal accounts are governed by these Terms and the Privacy Notice
• Institution-managed accounts may also be governed by institution contracts and policy settings
• FERPA language applies to institution-managed records, not personal accounts
Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan, order form, or contract. Pricing and billing terms may change with appropriate notice.
Sukma and related product materials remain the property of Sukma or its licensors. Users retain rights in their submitted content, subject to the licenses needed to operate the service.
Sukma is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
