What this covers
This page explains how Sukma's white-label deployment model works — what end users experience, what partners control, and how the whole system fits together. It's a public overview, not a technical implementation guide.
Who should use this
Use it for white-label partners explaining the model to customers, downstream organization leaders in a partner deployment, and technical reviewers assessing the deployment architecture.
How to get started
End users access the white-label platform through the partner's branded domain and login. They don't interact with sukma.org directly. Partners manage their organizations through the partner workspace on the Sukma backend.
Setup and billing
White-label configuration — domain setup, branding, login routing — is handled during partner onboarding. After that, billing and credits work through the partner account. Partners allocate credits to their organizations directly.
Permissions and trust
Partners have visibility across all their managed organizations. End customers stay within their scoped view. For customer-facing trust and compliance documentation, the Sukma Trust Center materials can be shared or referenced directly.
