What this covers
This page explains how Sukma credits work. Different products use different types of credits because they do different things — some are billed by session time, others by content generation or assessment attempts. Your workspace billing section tracks all of this in one place.
Who should use this
Use it for workspace owners and admins managing team billing, finance teams reviewing usage for forecasting, and white-label partners managing credits across customer organizations.
How to get started
Your workspace billing dashboard is at Settings → Billing. From there you can see current balances by product, recent usage, and add credits directly. Partner-managed organizations request credits through their partner, not directly on sukma.org. Current credit types: Course build credits, Mock interview prep credits, Learning session minutes, Mock interview session minutes, Skill test question credits.
Setup and billing
To add credits: go to Settings → Billing → Add Credits and choose the product type. For enterprise accounts, credits are often allocated in bulk via your account manager. Live Interview and AI Coaches use session minutes. Skill Test uses assessment credits. Course Builder uses build credits.
Permissions and trust
Credit usage is logged per workspace member and per product. Admins can export usage reports from the billing section. Filter by date range and product type for cost allocation or chargeback purposes.
