How does billing work in Sukma? What are credits?
Sukma uses a credit-based system. Different products use different credit types because they do different things.

Credit types by product:
Live Interview and AI Coaches → session minutes
Skill Test → assessment credits (per attempt or question)
Course Builder → build credits (per content generation)
Team Sessions → session minutes shared across participants
Current credit balance types: Course build credits, Mock interview prep credits, Learning session minutes, Mock interview session minutes, Skill test question credits
How to manage billing:
Go to workspace Settings → Billing to see your current balances and recent usage
Add credits directly from that screen
If your organization is partner-managed, billing routes through your partner — request credits from their admin
You can start most products with the free evaluation tier. You'll only need to add credits when you hit usage limits or start running team-scale programs.
