What this covers
Course Builder turns a prompt, goal, job description, or existing document into a structured learning path. The AI generates an outline with sessions, topics, and content scaffolding that you can edit and expand before publishing.
Who should use this
Use it for learning designers, team leads, HR and L&D professionals, or anyone building onboarding programs, training courses, or repeatable learning paths. It's fastest when you have a clear topic or outcome in mind but need help structuring it.
How to get started
Go to /plan to start building. You can evaluate Course Builder from the public entry point. For sharing the output, managing who can edit or view courses, and tracking completion across a team, you'll want a managed workspace.
Setup and billing
Build credits are used when you generate or expand course content. Structured editing and rearranging doesn't consume additional credits. Check your workspace billing section for current balances and generation history.
Permissions and trust
Once published, courses can be assigned to team members and tracked for completion. Workspace owners control who can create, edit, or publish courses. For externally distributed courses or institutional deployments, review the Trust Center for data handling practices.
