There are a few common causes:

The product hasn't been enabled by a workspace owner or admin yet.

Your role doesn't have permission for this product in your workspace.

You're signed in with a different account than the one that was invited.

Your workspace is in a partner-managed deployment with extra restrictions.

What to try:

Confirm you're signed in with the right account

Ask your workspace admin to check if the module is enabled in workspace Settings

If you were invited by a partner organization, use the link from that invitation email

If none of these fix it, contact account support with the URL you're trying to reach and your account email.
